BUILDING MENTAL FITNESS SOCIAL CONNECTION, EMOTIONAL MUSCLE, RESILIENCE
Gotcha4Life wants a society in which everyone has a Gotcha4Life mate. That go-to person who you can open up to and rely on for anything. We believe in the power of prevention through connection and building the resilience required to deal with what life throws at us. We aim to embed a culture that prioritises and values mental fitness, providing insight into mental health and well-being for individuals, families and communities. We want to create a society in which we feel confident to seek help when life gets challenging and where we feel comfortable expressing ourselves to build open and honest relationships.
With passionate local support and a generous contribution of funds for the area, Gotcha4Life is very excited to announce that we are working closely with community members, Landcare and RAMHP to support and help embed a culture that priorities and values mental fitness, providing insight into mental health and well-being for individuals, families and communities.
We would like to extend an invitation to you and a mate/friend to join Gus Worland in presentation about Gotcha4Life.
